Hi, I'm Aneisha.

I'm not just a life coach.

I'm a woman who had to fight to become the person you see today.

There was a time in my life when fear, self-doubt, and difficult circumstances could have written the rest of my story. I ran away from home. I became a teenage mother. I dropped out of high school. More than once, I questioned whether my dreams were still possible.

But I refused to let my past become my identity.

Instead, I earned my GED, built a successful corporate leadership career spanning more than two decades, became an author, earned multiple coaching certifications, and dedicated my life to helping other women discover what took me years to learn:

Today, I serve as a Specialty Assistant Store Manager for one of the nation's largest home improvement retailers while building the business I once only dreamed about. I've led teams, developed leaders, inspired women, and coached people through some of life's biggest transitions.

Yet my greatest accomplishment isn't found in my titles.

It's becoming the woman I once needed.

That's why I founded Misteek's Coaching.

I know what it's like to appear successful on the outside while feeling uncertain on the inside. I know what it feels like to put everyone else's needs ahead of your own until you no longer recognize yourself.

And I also know what's possible when you decide your life is worth fighting for.

My passion is helping high-achieving women in transition reclaim their confidence, rediscover their identity, and create lives they genuinely love—not the lives others expect them to live.
